My mission is to help people feel better in their body through yoga! When you step into my class, I want you to feel welcomed. Wherever you’re at on your yoga journey, I can meet you and help you reach your goals. No experience is necessary. Beginners and seniors are encouraged to join!

I design fun practices to help you build and maintain strength, improve balance, increase mobility, and build a strong core. Yoga can help you feel better physically, and when you feel better physically, you feel better mentally.

I’m Jennifer, I’ve been teaching since 2002, and training teachers since 2007. I specialize in breaking poses down and making them obtainable and enjoyable. I teach alignment-based classes to help you feel empowered in your body. You might even surprise yourself with what you are capable of!

Classes can be attended live-streaming or on-demand. All classes come with replays, which are available for 3 months. You can watch them as many times as you want!


We do things in Jennifer’s classes that I’ve never done in other yoga classes. She teaches in a way that is very specific to muscle groups. Her encouragement to pause and take note of what is particularly useful for your body helps me bring a greater awareness to my body. I am stronger and my balance is much better.
